ABS, traction control & brake warning lights

ABS or traction light on? We test the sensors, wiring and module to find the fault.

An ABS light usually means the anti-lock braking system has switched itself off. Common causes are wheel speed sensors, damaged wiring, reluctor rings or the ABS module itself. We test properly so you don't end up replacing parts you didn't need.

Signs you need this

  • ABS, traction control or ESP light on
  • Brake warning light
  • Speedometer or cruise control acting up
  • ABS pulsing at low speed

What we do

  • ABS/ESP diagnostic scan
  • Wheel speed sensor and wiring testing
  • Sensor, ring and module repairs
  • Brake pads, discs and fluid if needed
How much? Every vehicle and fault is different, so we'll give you a price once we know what's wrong, always before any work starts.

Is it safe to drive with the ABS light on?

Your normal brakes still work, but ABS won't, so stopping in an emergency or in the wet is worse. Get it checked soon.
